Electricity bought not received
We bought R50 electricity on the FNB app and only received 0.9 units. When we received the sms from JB Marks it says only R2.17 electricity was bought. But R50 went off our bank account. This has happened multiple times.

Incapable of making payments
Medshield gave PMB Authorisation for an operation on my son. On the Authorisation the full amount for the doctor was listed to be paid. The operation was 28/11/2025. As of today 04/08/2025 Medshield has not been able to make the payment. They pay and reverse. They paid R5574 from my Savings Benefit as well. Why can Medshield not make a PMB benefit payment? I attach the approval letter with every email. Ref: 030725Q103JH. Member no: 68300502666. This is unacceptable service!!!

Medshield unprofessional reason for not paying
Medshield gave me approval for Ex-Gratia orthodontic treatment after a PMB orthognathic surgery for my son born with cleft lip and palate. After the treatment was completed they are now not paying the approved amount. They say the system are struggling to pay it, but it has been a month and still no payment.

Do not buy anything from Aveade
Do not order from Aveade. After I placed my order and paid via Paygate, I did not receive any order confirmation. The order was placed on 23/01/2025 and I still have not receive ANY correspondence confirming the order or received the order itself. I contacted PAYGATE to refund my money, but they did not want to help as well.

Do not order ANYTHIN from Oddprecious
Do not order anything from Oddprecious. They do not deliver their clothing. I am now at the point of having to ask my bank to reverse the transaction. The items were ordered 8 Sept 2023 and was supposed to be shipped within 15 days. It has still not been shipped and after multiple emails and no help, I have to get the bank to reverse the transaction.
