<p>This is a long story, so disappointed in the false advertising of Jb tours, but worse we only had 3 days in Cape supposedly to see the flowers, their Premier train only ran from 27th July to 3 Rd of Aug also apparently too early, their bus overheated on the middle of nowhere, and for 5 hrs we sat on the side of the road waiting for a bus from Cape Town, NO APOLOGIES NOR COMPENSATION FROM THE company, when I wrote to the company they had a sarcastic reply to everything, including reporting to you. </p>

As mentioned to you during our correspondence the tour was hosted exactly as advertised and decribed in our complete Information Document that you've received and read.
The break down of the bus was not planned and the 2 hours 20 minutes spent waiting for the substitute bus was unfortunate.
Apologies were submitted by our tour guide on tour and by ourselves. Our replies to your concerns were not sarcastic but factually correct.
We have received feedback from other passengers on tour confirming their satisfaction with the tour and in which way the tour guide conducted and controlled the break down situation.
We do understand that every passenger will not be satisfied every time on every tour with every thing. Perhaps this tour did not satisfy your travel needs. Our appologies for that.
We've noted that you've said above that the train 'apparently ran too early'. Is this a complaint or a compliment?
However, you are more than welcome to travel with JB Train Tours again some time in future.
