I bought a pair of headpones (JBL BT NC770) and I had them for less than a year. The one headphone broke still under warranty. When I sent them back in to be repaired, I was told that they cannot be repaired as it was a user fault.
All I use the headphones is for eating in my own house, nothing exertive and yet, the headphones breaking is my fault?
The quality isn't great either. I would not recommend buying this or anything from JBL because it's not worth it.
