When I bought your product from Makro, an USA company, which is situated in the Capital city, Pretoria, of the country where I live, South Africa, I was promised the best after sales service possible.
Now I have come to know numerous shocking terrible facts:
1. There is no after sales service in our country, South Africa and now I have to rely upon a sales service in England which I find, to say the least, unacceptable, unprofessional and disgusting.
2. I have been communicating with your office, Harman, for numerous times now, one question after the other, one excuse after the other, this is too big, that is too small, too less information, too much information, always having an excuse to solve the problems I have currently.
3. In short, I just want to notify you, that I am going to be the biggest fly in your ointment. Your sales will drop like you have never seen in my country, because I am going to report you at Hello Peter which is a sales platform of bad companies and services.
4. I really do not have the time or energy anymore to take up this matter with you.
5. I see this case as closed.
6. May your company be prosperous in the rest of the world.
