Excuses and empty promises

We made use of JC Medical Staffing and they provided us with a doctor. They requested full payment up front which we did as we got a discount. The doctor came, worked and then got sick to which the doctor did not work the agreed upon hours that we paid in advance.

It has been two years with no refund for the hours not worked but paid. They have made payment agreements without honouring them and every time there are more and new excuses.

I would not recommend them to fulfil your medical staffing needs.
