I have been under debt review with debtline for over a year now. They were amazing in setting everything up and i felt better about my situation.
Last year I received am email saying that they tried contacting me numerous times regarding outstanding documents for the court. No one contacted me about it. I sent the documents via courier as requested.
This morning I get an email saying my case was postponed due to the outstanding of the same documents I sent in August already. Now i have 7 days to redo everything.
That is difficult for as terminal person who is bed ridden and who's husband works late.
Why request stuff to be courierred if reciept is not sent to the client? And then sending accusing emails?
