Bad customer service and dishonesty

Good day..I have been struggling with jcd motors based in Secunda to get my car back..its been more than 4 weeks now since my warranty has approved their quote..they asked me to give them a deposit so they can push the job and fix it ASAP,they have been giving me the run around,promised me I was going to get the car lastweek wensday already,but until today i don't have it..they have been telling me they waiting on the head,as soon as it arrives they will start fixing my car,the head arrived Friday...yesterday they called me giving me a new excuse saying now they waiting for the exhaust cam shaft...they cant start working,but this past 4 weeks the only thing they needed was the head in order to start fixing,now its a new excuse about exhaust cam shaft....I have informed them I need my car because I need to go Home....
