Order cancelled and refund cost half of my order amount

Very unhappy, will not recommend or use again.They made mistake on order and then want to use system as excuse to refund but at R500 cost.Unexepted behavior and service.See last e-mail and then my account us blocked. We have been advised to process the refund to Mr Jurgens J J Pieterse.

We sell replacement parts and see no reason for this kind of behavior. You saw our terms and conditions, which you agreed to before placing an order and yet you violate them any chance you get.

It seem like you don't understand all those emails or basic instructions so there is not need to try to communicate with you.
