Order cancelled and refund cost half of my order amount
Very unhappy, will not recommend or use again.They made mistake on order and then want to use system as excuse to refund but at R500 cost.Unexepted behavior and service.See last e-mail and then my account us blocked. We have been advised to process the refund to Mr Jurgens J J Pieterse. We sell replacement parts and see no reason for this kind of behavior. You saw our terms and conditions, which you agreed to before placing an order and yet you violate them any chance you get. It seem like you don't understand all those emails or basic instructions so there is not need to try to communicate with you.

JCT Autoparts fails 100%
I have sent JCT Autoparts (Midrand) 3 messages on their "contact us" on their website so that I can make sure the part I need is the correct part relative to my vehicle VIN. NO REPLY AT ALL. I phoned JCT today to talk to someone..... NO ANSWER.... PHONE JUST RINGS AND RINGS. Question: Is JCT out there doing business? Is JCT out of business? I suspect that with this initial contact failure it is likely that there will be more failures down the line. The result is now that even if they get back to me, I would not make use of their services.

Steer well clear
Horrible service and attitude from Mamadou at JCT. Can't complete orders due to error on their website. Sent an email requesting assistance. He proceeds to tell you how you should request someone to show you how the internet works or google what city you stay in. When sending them screenshots of how their system is not functioning correctly the tell you to rather take your business elsewhere. They deserve every one star rating they have. Can't imagine the kind of service you'll receive should you require assistance after having paid them

Pathetic Customer Service - from Online Auto Spares Company
I would never deal with this auto parts dealer if they were the last on the planet. They are rude and arrogant. Our company deals with many suppliers and courier companies and never have I had such bad service from a company. I give the same address to all our courier companies and they all find our company with no issues. After 4 mails and sending JCT Autoparts Midrand my Google Map co-ordinates and the URL, they still asked me for my address. They then told me the order was cancelled because I breached the T&C of there contract because I gave the wrong address and that I had to reorder if I wanted the oil pump. I asked them if they were joking... here is their response... "Nope, as per our terms and conditions that you agreed to orders with incomplete address will be cancelled. It is total unbelievable that i had to send so many emails just to find out what area you are in. Good luck importing a 1400 item from China" It no point did I say I was ordering the parts from China... what I said is we order equipment from China and give the same address and we always get our shipment. Anyway... I got an oil pump from our local auto shop... Can't believe the audacity of this crowd... STRONGLY SUGGEST... never use this online company. Their service is pathetic.

Pathetic Customer Service - from Online Auto Spares Company
I would never deal with this auto parts dealer if they were the last on the planet. They are rude and arrogant. Don't buy Autopal headlamps from JCT Auto Spares
I thought I hit quite a bargain when I came across JCT Auto Spares in Midrand. They charged me R225 for a set of Golf Mk1 headlamps. made by Autopal. I fitted the headlamp myself, as I've done 100's of times before to the previous 5 Mk1 Golfs I've owned. Today is two weeks after I purchased and installed the headlamps. While driving to work, in the usual stop-go traffic Johannesburg is renowned for, I heard what sounded like glass falling on the road in front of my car. I stuck my head out of the window and saw what looked like a headlamp lens in pieces on the floor. When I got to work and inspected the front of my car it turned out to be my headlamp's lens! I phoned JCT Auto Parts to complain about the quality of the good they sell. The "lady" in control of their "customer services" say to me that their terms and conditions states that "unless the goods are fitted by a professional and registered mechanic or auto electrician" they cannot do anything about this... Then she argues with me to say I cannot list them on Hello Peter for the same reason?? Don't buy ANY Golf Mk1 headlamp parts made by Autopal from JCT Auto Spares and expect them to honor ANY sort of come-back or breakage. This is rubbish and typical of people who sell rubbish quality stuff!
