JCT Autoparts fails 100%

I have sent JCT Autoparts (Midrand) 3 messages on their "contact us" on their website so that I can make sure the part I need is the correct part relative to my vehicle VIN. NO REPLY AT ALL. I phoned JCT today to talk to someone..... NO ANSWER.... PHONE JUST RINGS AND RINGS. Question: Is JCT out there doing business? Is JCT out of business? I suspect that with this initial contact failure it is likely that there will be more failures down the line. The result is now that even if they get back to me, I would not make use of their services.
