Pathetic Customer Service - from Online Auto Spares Company

I would never deal with this auto parts dealer if they were the last on the planet.

They are rude and arrogant.

Our company deals with many suppliers and courier companies and never have I had such bad service from a company. I give the same address to all our courier companies and they all find our company with no issues. After 4 mails and sending JCT Autoparts Midrand my Google Map co-ordinates and the URL, they still asked me for my address. They then told me the order was cancelled because I breached the T&C of there contract because I gave the wrong address and that I had to reorder if I wanted the oil pump. I asked them if they were joking... here is their response...

"Nope, as per our terms and conditions that you agreed to orders with incomplete address will be cancelled. It is total unbelievable that i had to send so many emails just to find out what area you are in.

Good luck importing a 1400 item from China"

It no point did I say I was ordering the parts from China... what I said is we order equipment from China and give the same address and we always get our shipment.

Anyway... I got an oil pump from our local auto shop... Can't believe the audacity of this crowd... STRONGLY SUGGEST... never use this online company. Their service is pathetic.
