Pathetic service at best
<p>worst customer service ever. Chasing the door panels that were supposed to have been installed with the front door originally in 2014. Stil waiting for Jacques or Marvin or somebody who has any respect for clients to come back to me. </p> <p> </p> <p>JD Wooden touch are the worst business people in the Wooden doors industry. Just run for the hills if u ever. They ridicule u and make u feel bad for asking for service. They suck big Time. JD Wooden Touch = Bad bad Service. </p>

We asked you to rectify your statement that you have been waiting since 2014 for the wave panels to be fitted. You create the impression that we are at fault but you very well know that we were not able to fit them since the glass had to be fitted first and also fail to mention that your dwelling stood till the end of 2016 where nothing happened and where nobody had access to do anything. You only contacted us to close to the builders shutdown where we couldn't gain access to the estate to fit them. You are trying to give us a bad name and all we asked for was a retraction of your posting which you refused to do.
