Do NOT order from JD Wooden Touch
Appalling service. A year later and they have not completed the installation. Didn't measure accurately the first time. Then installed windows where doors should be. Difficulty getting them on site. first dealt with a guy called Kyle who was subsequently fired and now I'm dealing with Jacques. Instead of attending to the issue they have been deflecting and are now talking about having financial constraints to do the job.

Appalling service. A year later and they have not completed the installation. Didn't measure accurately the first time. Then installed windows where doors should be. WOW - sooo many options to choose from :)
Awesome staff to work with, pricing is competitive ... JD Alu Touch is the leading gear in manufacturing. There's so many options to choose from. I like the fact that I can buy a finished alumuminium Product or a kit product... they are very helpful and keep the clients at their best interest. You must go check their awesome showroom !!!! All I can say is " the JD group is now on the road to a whole new ball game " giving the clients a new perspective. Stay tuned for more as There's been massive improvements. WATCH THIS SPACE........

Really annoyed with the unprofessional Service
I am very disappointed with the service receive from your company. I ordered a door from your company reference JD 18160, I paid the deposit then I was advised to pay the full amount which I did. After the payment I received empty promises and I called to no avail. I sent smss no one bothered to answer. What you people did is just pitch up at my house without making any arrangement. The precondition is for me to remove the existing door, so does this company expect me to take out the door without a confirmed date? I have been trying to get hold of this company for days and no answer. They have taken my money but I still don't have my door. They are so unprofessional. I would really appreciate to have the door before new year, they need to confirm a date and time of installation and stick to it.

Dont expect any service or your calls to be returned
<p>I purchased all my windows and doors from this company and am sorry I ever heard of them. Their product is ok but they are the most horrible company to deal with. Once they had taken my deposit I could not get hold of anyone. They never returned my calls and the office would say they would give a message to someone but no one calls back.</p> <p>They want all their money upfront but its a battle to get any problems sorted out. They are rude and obnoxious to deal with if you are lucky enough to get hold of anyone! They take no responisibilty for any mistakes they make.</p>

Worst Service Ever
<p>Still waiting for door after 4 months. Chased me for R700 outstanding on order of over R500 000. Worst was they still have to deliver over R50 000 of goods. Jacque and Martin with endless excuses. They all never have the email or contact number for their boss.</p>
