Really annoyed with the unprofessional Service

I am very disappointed with the service receive from your company. I ordered a door from your company reference JD 18160, I paid the deposit then I was advised to pay the full amount which I did. After the payment I received empty promises and I called to no avail. I sent smss no one bothered to answer. What you people did is just pitch up at my house without making any arrangement. The precondition is for me to remove the existing door, so does this company expect me to take out the door without a confirmed date? I have been trying to get hold of this company for days and no answer. They have taken my money but I still don't have my door. They are so unprofessional. I would really appreciate to have the door before new year, they need to confirm a date and time of installation and stick to it.
