Appalling service. A year later and they have not completed the installation. Didn't measure accurately the first time. Then installed windows where doors should be. Difficulty getting them on site. first dealt with a guy called Kyle who was subsequently fired and now I'm dealing with Jacques. Instead of attending to the issue they have been deflecting and are now talking about having financial constraints to do the job.
I ordered dump rock from them. They never delivered or refunded me. Been trying t get a refund for weeks now. Do not order from them, they are crooks.
Clifford Sibanda owner of Trustfire installed fire equipment at our premises for which he did not provide training or material - he was paid in full for the installation. In July he called and said an inspector would come to our premises to conduct an audit, if we did not have certificates we would be fined R18 000. We requested a quote for the training which was never sent. A week later someone from VURA Training came and conducted fire training as well as CPR training. Following that we received an invoice from Trustfire for training in excess of R12 000. When we queried the training with Clifford Sibanda he claimed that the employees should not have attended training. We have no contract with Trustfire, no SLA, never signed any document, never received a quotation for training and never requested them to conduct training. The so called inspector from the fire department never pitched! Instead Clifford Sibanda keeps reducing the invoice amount and we are now down to R7 000. Trustfire is fraudulent, lies to its customers and is unethical. Never do business with them!
1. I sold my car in June 2015 with the Netstar device, the new owner agreed to take over the payments. When he tried to do the change of ownership some bright spark at Netstar told him he would have to pay R2500 instead of the R179 monthly instalment - the new owner then said he was no longer interested!
2. After bungling that up, I agreed to settle the account - the amount stated to me was R1388
3. On the 25th of July I was billed R2034.03 - I have called and sent numerous emails to get to the bottom of this
4. Today I finally get a statement and it turns out I was charged R1584.12 for the device/cancellation as well as a further R81.90 and R368.01 for airtime
5. I have called 4 times and either my call gets dropped or I'm shifted from pillar to post - I have dealt with the following people since cancelling this account (Natasha Petersen, Zayne Maharaj, Kern, Kgaugelo - calls to Sifiso and Beverly have gone unanswered)
6. I need an explanation of the amounts that were debited from my account ASAP!!!
Following a mix up on Monday whilst fetching my car from the dealer, my quoted premium increased by R250 in a space of 2 hours. Naturally I was upset and requested a policy cancellation. I spoke to Naziem this morning who was able to turn my frown into a smile. I am happy with my adjusted premium!
