Clifford Sibanda owner of Trustfire installed fire equipment at our premises for which he did not provide training or material - he was paid in full for the installation. In July he called and said an inspector would come to our premises to conduct an audit, if we did not have certificates we would be fined R18 000. We requested a quote for the training which was never sent. A week later someone from VURA Training came and conducted fire training as well as CPR training. Following that we received an invoice from Trustfire for training in excess of R12 000. When we queried the training with Clifford Sibanda he claimed that the employees should not have attended training. We have no contract with Trustfire, no SLA, never signed any document, never received a quotation for training and never requested them to conduct training. The so called inspector from the fire department never pitched! Instead Clifford Sibanda keeps reducing the invoice amount and we are now down to R7 000. Trustfire is fraudulent, lies to its customers and is unethical. Never do business with them!

A man named Raymond pretending to be from Combat Fire. I called Executive Placements to solicit work from them. They made arrangements to service the fire extinguishers at 10am on the 2-4-15. Morne from executive Placements then called combat Fire to ask why they wanted to service 6 months early, only to be told that they knew nothing about the pending job. Morne then called the number 011 492 2285 which Ramond had left him with and now and spoke to Raymond, he said that he will be sending Charles to do the inspection and they will issue a certificate. When Morne called for the second time , Raymond answered the phone saying it was from Trustfire, when he clearly said Combat Fire during the first call. the incident was reported to Combat Fire . there CEO has raised a complaint with the industry body SAQCC Fire<br> when Combat fire approached Trust Fire they were stonewalled
