Poor service delivery via online shop. Ordered 4 working days ago just to find out that they have still not processed my order. Don't expect them to phone you back within a hour with a update.

Thank you for your review. I am double checking on your order right now. You ordered 4 business days ago and we promise delivery within 7 business days so I am still hopeful we can live up to our delivery promise.
Last week we changed to a new warehouse, a new courier, and a new IT system so our orders were not dispatched as quickly ass usual. However, we respect and honour our customers deeply and take pride in replying within a business day to all customer emails and phone calls about orders.
We will revert to you still today as soon as we receive the tracking information for your order.

I tried to call you twice today but, unfortunately, didn't succeed in getting you on the phone.
Your order was delivered this morning at 10:22 and signed for by "Kristen". This was on the 5th working day since you placed your order and thus within our promised 7 working days delivery window. I am so very sorry that we didn't advise you when you order was dispatched last week and for that you have our sincere apologies. This month we have moved to a new warehouse, new courier service, and a new IT-system and the synergies and processes are not yet flowing 100% the way we need them to do, so although our orders are being processed, we are not receiving the information for all orders that we need and unfortunately this affected your order.
