Paid for plans to be drawn up and have not received them

<p>I paid 80% of the qoute to get my plans drawn up after 7 months of visiting his house and numerous phone calls I have not received anything. When I call to confront him he swears at me and tell me I have a bad attitude.  This man is the worst "professional " I have ever worked with. Never use this compony</p>
