Bad Service
Please assist me I have paid Neil Maritz to draw up my plans in May 2018 R 6,500 up till today he has been giving me excuses one after another. When I contacted him today he said the money I have aid him was for him to draw plans only, he is doing me a huge favour by submitting these plans to the municipality. He is a liar he needs to be put out of business

Bad Service
Please assist me I have paid Neil Maritz to draw up my plans in May 2018 R 6,500 up till today he has been giving me excuses one after another. When I contacted him today he said the money I have aid him was for him to draw plans only, he is doing me a huge favour by submitting these plans to the municipality. He is a liar he needs to be put out of business

Paid for plans to be drawn up and have not received them
<p>I paid 80% of the qoute to get my plans drawn up after 7 months of visiting his house and numerous phone calls I have not received anything. When I call to confront him he swears at me and tell me I have a bad attitude. This man is the worst "professional " I have ever worked with. Never use this compony</p>

Paid for plans to be drawn up and have not received them

Pay and nothing happens
<p>I asked Neil Maritz from Jenicol to update my plans of my house. I saw the plans and they were not the same as the original and he added info that I did not ask for. He said he would fix and submit but I had to pay first. I did. No contact, or nothing after that. I had to go to City Of CT planning department. 4 months ago a letter was sent to him to say the plans were incorrect and that he had to upload the existing plans. </p> <p>I must have called him about 100 times, sent emails and smss'. He does not respond. As soon as he got the money he disappeared. He is a fraud and should not do any more work for the planning department of the City Of Cape Town. </p> <p>I will open a fraudulant case at the police station.</p> <p>I advised Gumtree and they stopped his advert.</p> <p> </p>

Poor quality renovations
1 year 4 months later & jobs remain incomplete! My house keys have not been returned nor the promised replacement of all my missing tools. Shower leaking & grouting between mosaics coming out.& discolouring. Bathroom ceiling paint cracking on edges & going to peel soon. Windows plastering cracking

ITS MUCH MORE THAN JUST BREACH OF CONTRACT..... BA
I have also fallen into the smooth talking and decent looking Neil Maritz trap!!!<br> A messer, liar and totally unreliable person who picks people off the streets and puts them to work without knowing who they are. Been robbed twice by his tiler.... Chezlyn from my hand bag (money, gold bracelet and memory stick) and once a brand new Blackberry Z10 (worth R11.000.00) which he subsequently gave to a policeman friend who sold it to Cash Converters and which through some clever tracking, was returned to me and that Mr. Maritz's tiler was the thief!!! A most dishonest person who lies his way our of everything. Have tried for past 4 months to get my job finished. Quoted one month TOOK FIVE AND A HALF. All sorts of lies as to why he could not come. His mother was very ill in hospital and DIED!!! (Mother still alive and perfectly healthy)....sisters here from UK for funeral (which never was)! Then the one sister had stayed on so had to take her around (sister never here) Another mail to ask when he would be coming and now he was in USA till14.03.2015 to comfort sister who had lost husband. On 14.03 he was home in SA so other lie. A disgrace to men, S.Africans, Euroropeans, and Human race!!!
