The Real Repair Co. at the Waterfront needs to be exposed for the service they are supposed to give but don't. Went to have an original Apple battery installed which Friday 3 weeks ago they didn't have and had to order. They said they would have it the next day and that would give me time to save the contents to icloud. They then said Monday would be best. Went on Monday and nobody knew what I was talking about but in any case they didn't have the battery. They would have phoned the next day the moment the battery was at their premises. No call from anybody and I tried calling several times but the 2 numbers both kept saying "unavailable at the moment". I then see there was the Whats App sign at bottom and left them a message there. The following day it was answered but again nobody knew anything and they would look into it. Finally the battery had arrived and fro the third time I go to the Real Repair Co. to be confronted by a man and a lady who knew nothing about it when a half hour before someone on the chat had said I could go. I confirmed I'd be there in a half hour. This time they say hte battery was in the store room and went to have a look but now there was no technician to do the installation. I told them this was no way to treat a client and after having gone there 3 times and numerous chats and phone calls had achieved nothing.... I'D HAD ENOUGH OF THIS TREATMENT AND JUST LEFT HAVING WASTED TIME AND THREE WEEKS. SHOCKING SERVICE AND WILL NOTIFY THE MANAGEMENT OF THE WATERFRONT AS SUPPLIERS OF THE KIND SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED IN A PRESTIGIOUS PLACE AS THAT.
I wish I had read these reports before dealing with PAYPAL!!!🤮🤮🤮 If minus stars were possible I would definitely classify them thus. I have a Europe Paypal and a South African one (both never get used). Reading the encouraging excellent timeous service they claim to offer, I proceeded to first try transfer five hundred euros to a worker who was going to Zimbabwe and needed them urgently …to discover after having completed all the requirements successfully…PayPal claimed this person COULD NOT RECEIVE THE MONEY👹👹👹 They couldn’t give a solution or advice or reason. Now I need to transfer a notable amount from MY European PayPal account to MY South African PayPal one and after having completed and chosen the reason for making payment to be “for services rendered etc” I receive immediate notification that the account and the funds had been put on hold for 21 days and after that “THEY” would have reviewed my position so as to decide whether to release the funds or not. I CALL THIS *****ING!!! Numerous calls to their call centre pressing 1-5-6-9-6-2-4-1-3 and God only knows how many more …finally I speak to several employees who all give a different version, transfer you to someone else, promise to call you back (AND NEVER DO!!) and now get told I must phone the European PayPal as they can unblock it. 45 minutes on the phone (paying call) to have resolved NOTHING! I am doing alterations to my house and workers and materials have yo be paid!!! ALL ATTEMPTS HAVE FAILED. WROTE COMPLAINTS TO CUSTOMER SERVICE, SPENT DAYS ON THE PHONE TRYING TO GET A SOLUTION. CALLED FNB WHO COULD ONLY PUT ME THROUGH TO THE SAME CALL SYSTEM OF PAYPAL THAT GOT ME NOWHERE. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING. THE AMOUNT BLOCKED BY THEM IS IN EXCESS OF THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND RANDS. FURTHER ….AFTER THE REQUEST HAD BEEN COMPILED AND PAYPAL CONFIRMED IT…. THE DETAILS OF IT SHOW THAT THEY RETAIN FOR THEMSELVES EURO 688.00 FEES ( Rands 14.000!!!!!) FOURTEEN THOUSAND. Can somebody help with some Advice PLEASE ????🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
I CALLED DISCOVERY INSURE AS I HAD BEEN TOLD THAT MY VEHICLE WAS BEST NOT TO BE DRIVEN, DUE TO SOME DASHBOARD LIGHTS WHICH HAD SWITCHED ON AND DAMAGE COULD BE CAUSED. I CALLED DISCOVERY INSURE AND WITHIN 20 MINUTES THE TOW TRUCK WAS OUTSIDE MY GARAGE DOOR. MOST IMPRESSED FOR EXCELLENT SERVICE AND THANK YOU SOLOFELANG MOSIAPOA FOR QUICK, KIND, POLITE, GREAT SERVICE!!!
I bought at Clicks for R. 109.00 a bottle of Activated Carbon. The entire container was empty apart from 30 tablets. Let’s say that maybe 7% of bottle contained anything sonTOTALLY MISLEADING AND OVERPRICED. One considers and buys a product thinking the container is full and instead in the case of WELLVITA IT WAS BASICALLY EMPTY. Went back to Clicks and showed it to the supervisor. So much for buying local,”0” kms and supporting local companies. So it would appear that one has to read the label in full when thinking of buying from WELLVITA.
IF I COULD RATE WITH A "0" INSTEAD OF A "1" I WOULD TELKOM DISGUSTING NO SERVICE FOR AN ENTIRE MONTH AND THEY KEEP TAKING MONEY AT LEAST 10 PHONE CALLS TO CALL CENTRE AND 5 DIFFERENT REFERENCE NUMBERS RECEIVED TO HAVE THEM TAKING ALMOST R1000.00 ON THREE DIFFERENT OCCASIONS AND GIVING NOTHING. WITH EACH PHONE CALL I GET TOLD THAT THE GIGAS HAVE BEED LOADED ON MY ADSL STATION BUT THEY SEE THAT THEY HAVENT BEEN USED. THEY ARE WRITING TO THE TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT AND WITHIN 72 HOURSI WILL HAVE A REPLY. 28 DAYS HAVE GONE PAST SINCE FIRST COMPLAINT BUT TO DATE NOTHING BUT A LOT OF TALK AND PROMISES HAVE HAPPENED….. NO INTENTION TO EITHER LOAD THE GIGAS OR RETURN THEMONEY. DOES ANYONE HAVE ADVICE? TOMORROW WILL GO AND CANCEL MY CONTRACT WITH THEM BUT HOW TO GET THE MONEYS RETURNED??/ THIS IS THE NEW SOUTH AFRICA…WHERE NOTHING WORKS, ESPECIALLY WHEN ITS STATE OWNED AND OPERATED!!!!
I have also fallen into the smooth talking and decent looking Neil Maritz trap!!!<br> A messer, liar and totally unreliable person who picks people off the streets and puts them to work without knowing who they are. Been robbed twice by his tiler.... Chezlyn from my hand bag (money, gold bracelet and memory stick) and once a brand new Blackberry Z10 (worth R11.000.00) which he subsequently gave to a policeman friend who sold it to Cash Converters and which through some clever tracking, was returned to me and that Mr. Maritz's tiler was the thief!!! A most dishonest person who lies his way our of everything. Have tried for past 4 months to get my job finished. Quoted one month TOOK FIVE AND A HALF. All sorts of lies as to why he could not come. His mother was very ill in hospital and DIED!!! (Mother still alive and perfectly healthy)....sisters here from UK for funeral (which never was)! Then the one sister had stayed on so had to take her around (sister never here) Another mail to ask when he would be coming and now he was in USA till14.03.2015 to comfort sister who had lost husband. On 14.03 he was home in SA so other lie. A disgrace to men, S.Africans, Euroropeans, and Human race!!!
