We have purchase a number of items from Sanders when 2 gentleman were operating the business in Cape Town. They always said, you are welcome to come back and fill your feather pillows or duvets at any stage at no cost. I had a problem with a Superior Down winter duvet 260/240 and all the feathers ended up on the sides of the duvet and it had no feathers in the centre where they should be to keep you warm. I contacted Sanders and dealt with new management. I explained the issue and she was not helpful at all and was not interested. I mentioned what previous management had said and she said it is not like that now. She said it would cost me R500 and she would redistribute the feathers and fill as well as sew the feathers in so they would not end up on the ends. I was not interested in paying extra and was going to go somewhere else to get it fixed. I eventually decided that it was worth the R500 if they could fix and fill the duvet so we could use it in winter. I had to call 6 times to find out when I could collect. Eventually it was ready. I went in on a Saturday morning to collect and the business was closed. Internet said "open", sign on the door said "open until 2". I went back a few days later, now costing around R150 in fuel to get to Sea Point. The duvet had been sewn with an ordinary sewing machine and feathers were the same! The bill was R640. I refused to pay. I still have no idea why I even paid R500 but I just wanted to get out of there. I could have add feathers in the duvet myself and did a better job sewing the duvet with my sewing machine! A terrible experience dealing with management and staff. And, I still have to buy another winter duvet. I don't recommend purchasing from this company. Client does not come FIRST but last. They come first. Money in their pockets.
A year ago I selected a specific grey vinyl tile that looked like cement. I made it very clear I did not want a vinyl in a strip that looked like wood. I had real wooden floors less than a metre away and I did not want **** looking wood. Installers arrived and when I saw what they had I called the representative. He was not available. I called the store and they said they would sort it out. The installers (Flooring Depot contracted another company to install, which was not communicated to me) were told to carry on. I kept on calling - leaving messages for the rep and the manager. The installers demanded money for the installation in cash before they left, which of course was not communicated to me either. I have continued writing and calling - it's a year later and no-one has the courtesy to contact me to remedy the situation. They have the approach - sweep it under the carpet - and it will go away! Bad service & I DO NOT recommend this company
Very disappointing! Have had problems for a year and they have not resolved them. My emails disappear every month. They make me change my setting and promise it will work. At the end of every month same thing happens. You can’t blame the setting because it is what I was told to use. Today I pay and I can’t upload my POP on the app and you can’t do Live chat. I always sent an email with POP or complaints and you can’t do that anymore ‘email does not exist’ My service provider is WebAfrica and they only use 1-Grid/Gridhost. I’m happy with WebAfrica but if they don’t find an alternative then I will have to! What an inconvenience.
I cancelled my Telkom line and ADSL in 2018 and paid in full. I had no contract with them. My online presence on Telkom's website was cancelled by them at the same time. NuDebt Management Telkom are harassing me saying I owe Telkom money. I don't. I reply to their emails, which they don't read and they just send another using bullying tactics to try and instil fear.
Should get 0 stars. No support from their team! They forget to bill something and then send 7 months of invoices in one go. Support tickets outstanding for 10 days. Can’t get hold of a human to resolve the issues. Was not my choice of service provider. If you are with WebAfrica then you get 1-Grid. I cancelled and then WebAfrica convinced me to stay even though they can’t help me with the poor service from their hosting co.
<p>I asked Neil Maritz from Jenicol to update my plans of my house. I saw the plans and they were not the same as the original and he added info that I did not ask for. He said he would fix and submit but I had to pay first. I did. No contact, or nothing after that. I had to go to City Of CT planning department. 4 months ago a letter was sent to him to say the plans were incorrect and that he had to upload the existing plans. </p> <p>I must have called him about 100 times, sent emails and smss'. He does not respond. As soon as he got the money he disappeared. He is a fraud and should not do any more work for the planning department of the City Of Cape Town. </p> <p>I will open a fraudulant case at the police station.</p> <p>I advised Gumtree and they stopped his advert.</p> <p> </p>
