Poor service

My (soon to be) ex-wife and I started mediation at Jennifer Scholtz Attorneys during October 2018. We attended a number of sessions from October 2018 onwards. In April 2019 we received a quote of +-R14k for finalising the matter and we were asked to pay R6k each to proceed. Not much has happened until August 2019 and soon thereafter the process was abandoned by my (soon to be) ex-wife.

I have been trying on a monthly basis since October 2019 to get a statement of my account. To date I only received excuses of how busy you are and nothing else. Now my emails are being ignored.
