As a wedding industry supplier, I have personally assisted multiple brides who were left in distress due to Justine Ackermann | Jesign (Pty) Ltd failing to deliver paid services and products. Brides have reached out to me in desperation—sometimes just days before their wedding—because Jesign did not fulfill their orders.
Clients have reported that after making full payment, they receive excuse after excuse regarding delays. When they ask for a refund, they are ignored or blocked. Any negative reviews or complaints are removed, making it difficult for future brides to see the truth about this company.
It is deeply concerning that Jesign continues to advertise in certain wedding groups despite being banned from most. I urge all brides-to-be to be extremely cautious and avoid making any payments upfront.
