You can really notice when someone is good at what they do! 🩷
Justine knew exactly what I wanted, she listened well and really paid attention to detail! I can’t wait for everyone to see the stunning welcome board and selfie frame she beautifully designed! Thank you for putting the “cherry on the cake” with your stunning work and addition to the already special day! Fast, reliable and really stunning features to remember the day!

Empty promises to pay for goods
I am deeply disappointed with Justine from Jesign. She placed an order for prints from me and made numerous promises to pay, none of which were kept. She has 2 fairly large unpaid invoice from me as well and after some time of chasing her for payment, she has completely ghosted me, showing a complete lack of professionalism and integrity. I trusted her and delivered the order in good faith, only to be met with false assurances and outright disregard. I wouldn’t recommend working with this company—beware of their empty promises! And may I add - I personally know other people who fell for het promises to pay. I saw other bad reviews of het company last year - and by some "scary" miracle the disappeared again...

Unfulfilled Orders and Lack of Communication from Jesign (Pty) Ltd
I am a wedding industry supplier who has had to step in to assist several brides who were left without their ordered products and services from Jesign (Pty) Ltd. These brides made full payments but did not receive their orders, and when attempting to get refunds or responses, they were met with delays and excuses. The lack of communication and professionalism caused significant distress to the brides, especially with their weddings approaching. As a supplier, I have had to help these clients find last-minute alternatives due to Jesign’s non-delivery. It is concerning that Jesign (Pty) Ltd continues to operate in this manner, and I feel it is important for future clients to be aware of the issues that others have faced. I would recommend exercising caution when considering their services.

As a wedding industry supplier, I have personally assisted multiple brides who were left in distress due to Justine Ackermann | Jesign (Pty) Ltd failing to deliver paid services and products. Brides have reached out to me in desperation—sometimes just days before their wedding—because Jesign did not fulfill their orders. Clients have reported that after making full payment, they receive excuse after excuse regarding delays. When they ask for a refund, they are ignored or blocked. Any negative reviews or complaints are removed, making it difficult for future brides to see the truth about this company. It is deeply concerning that Jesign continues to advertise in certain wedding groups despite being banned from most. I urge all brides-to-be to be extremely cautious and avoid making any payments upfront.
