I am deeply disappointed with Justine from Jesign. She placed an order for prints from me and made numerous promises to pay, none of which were kept. She has 2 fairly large unpaid invoice from me as well and after some time of chasing her for payment, she has completely ghosted me, showing a complete lack of professionalism and integrity. I trusted her and delivered the order in good faith, only to be met with false assurances and outright disregard. I wouldn’t recommend working with this company—beware of their empty promises! And may I add - I personally know other people who fell for het promises to pay. I saw other bad reviews of het company last year - and by some "scary" miracle the disappeared again...
Thank you so much to Perfect Laser for replacing my 100 watt laser tube in ONE DAY!! A huge shout out to HANDSOME who went over and beyond to get me up and running again! As always, I am very happy with his service, attention to detail and recommendations.
<p>I got an SMS notification that my beneficiary for MTN had been deleted because the incorrect reference was used, but this was the reference I have been using for 21 years. Now I am unable to reload MTN as every reference I use comes back as invalid even though the details are correct as per MTN statements and confirmd with MTN telephonically. Standard Bank has not even given any indication of what the correct reference or format to use is. Just a notification that the beneficiary cannot be loaded as it is incorrect. Nobody at customer can help me. they keep telling me that I am typing something wrong. Surely customer care should be aware of the problem and should be informed on how to fix it.</p>
