To Whom It May Concern! Am extremely disappointed about the service i recently received from Jetline, Alberton branch. We're a long term Client for Jetline whom spend + R60K annually including Client's gift such as Notebooks, diaries, Client's drawings etc. since 2015.
A lady by the name Tyler-lee charged us an urgent fee of R500 to print business cards within 48hrs. No communication was made beyond that period until we reached 5-7 days which was within normal delivery time without an urgent fee.
Only when i reminded a lady with an email, i was told that the business cards are ready for collection. When i got to shop, i complained about the her act, no apology rather bad attitude to me. She then gave me incorrect order as temporary business cards and asked me to collect final order Monday. I told her that's a wrong order; only then she realized she made a mistake and pulled the correct order without an apology.
I then asked what will happen with an urgent fee for all inconvenience caused, she gave me a terrible attitude and forced me to sign for collection rather apologizing or advise a way forward. I forcefully took business cards which she restyled with me to leave them behind which are paid already. All this drama happened in front of the Clients and other staff.
I explained to one of their Snr staff when he asked what happened as much he was in front of us during all this drama, and asked what could be his take over this inconvenience and bad treatment approach. He said, he fully understands my position and sorry for what happened.
Can Jetline Management please do something about this pre-matured lady in Sales Management, Customer Care or Admin Service as the branch has become something else since Ryan (Ex-Manager) left from such kind of employees whom give us poor customer services, can't even bind documents when we come in the absence of other old staff, unable to communicate to Clients when failed to meet deadlines or even apologies rather cause a drama in from of other Clients as if she owns the shop.
Am even willing to contribute with funding towards Tyler-lee training so she doesn't affect most of good Clients to Jetline out there or make Jetline looks bad for other branches which are doing great job thus far..
