Purchased Extras not delivered

Good Day

I made a purchase of two extras (spare wheel cover and side box) for my new Jetour Odyssey. I was assisted by one of their salesperson (Mr Tyrone Lobb) who offered me these items and who advised me to make the payments and order through him (as Jetour allegedly does not automatically supply these extras with the vehicle).

I made payments to him on the 13 March 2026 and 27 March 2026 for the total amount of R8200. These items were promised to me within 6 weeks from ordering and til this day I have received nothing. I have watsapp conversations as proof of these allegations.

I am concerned that as a Professional Business your salesperson engages with a client in this way yet does not fulfil his agreement. It reflects an egregious lack of integrity as a brand.
