Disappointing experience

I recently dealt with Jetpets and unfortunately my experience was not very good. The process felt a bit unorganized and communication was slower than I expected. I had to follow up a few times just to get proper updates.

For something as important as transporting pets, you would expect clear communication and a smoother process. It just felt like things could have been handled better.

Hopefully they can improve their service in the future because the concept is good, but the overall experience left me a bit disappointed.
