Very disgusted to say the least. We ended up with 4 different quotes, towards the end after paying $8000 AUD they sent an additional quote for another $7000 holding our pet hostage until we pay. Louise has no people skills and I have caught them out countless times with their lies. Reg flag Reg flag!! Absolute horror!!
