Jeulia - I'm horrified at the exploitation of customers

Shocking service. Paid a lot of money for express mail.. 5 to 10 day. Didn't even arrive within standard shipping time.. Arrived a month late. Still had to pay a huge amount for customs. And then on top of that I paid R800 for a small jewelery box for the gift for my son and they sent a cardboard box worth R5.

It's daylight *******, but my fault for trusting the system. I'm horrified. No apology or offer to compensate for any of these issues.

Lesson learnt.
