We ordered some ring worth less than R5000. It's been held up customs as various good was shipped in one parcel. Now the value of the complete parcel is worth more than R150 000.00 and customs don't want to release the parcel. Buffalo couriers wants us to apply for an importers code, that means we have to pay the import tax on the total value of the shipment and not just for what we have ordered. This is such a disappointment that we are going to lose our money as customs is going to destroy the parcel. Jeulia didn't comply with the import regulations and didn't submit the correct document.

Shocking service. Paid a lot of money for express mail.. 5 to 10 day. Didn't even arrive within standard shipping time.. Arrived a month late. Still had to pay a huge amount for customs. And then on top of that I paid R800 for a small jewelery box for the gift for my son and they sent a cardboard box worth R5. It's daylight *******, but my fault for trusting the system. I'm horrified. No apology or offer to compensate for any of these issues. Lesson learnt.

Ordered a black ring, which completely faded to silver in less than three months. When I complained, they responded by saying I need to ship the ring back to the USA for repairs, at my own cost. On top of that, they gave me 7 days to send the ring back or my YEAR LONG WARRANTY will lapse. Stay far away from this company, they are a bunch of ****mers that sell cheap costume jewelry. They also reject any negative reviews, so nothing on their website is legit.

What a disappointment. Wore it once, and the color faded on my necklace. Firstly, i waited forever, and then i eventually got it, then that happened. Personally, a BIG NO!! It's not worth it at all!

SCAM Ordered and paid last year February 2022 - still nothing received. After following up with the post office several times they didn’t receive the parcel. A refund has been refused. Why have a .co.za web address if unable to deliver in SA?

Terrible experience Ordered 22nd June. Order still not received. Being given the run around when enquiring. Order not with post office or customs. They keep on giving me a tracking number that does not result in any viable information on where order is. Its been 3 months and requested a refund but they refuse to do so. This company is a scam. Do not order from them depite “good” reviews.

I would give zero starts if it was an option. I have placed an order 4 months ago, with no outcome. I requested refunds multiple times, with no outcome. I have argued to not pick up my package due to Jeulia breaking service promises AND still went to check if it arrived at delivery address or post office...it never arrived, as they said it has. This place stole money from me. and will not communicate???

Order # ZA**********91 I have waited 3 months, I received an email thanking me for my money and that was the only communication this company has with their customers. After that its good luck to your package, After buying the Ring from another store i requested a refund on the order. The reply is that an investigation needs to be done, That was 2 weeks ago with no feedback. Do yourself a favor and buy local. This is shocking and i am still demanding a full refund as i haven't received the product and no longer need or want them.

Order # ZA**********91 I have waited 3 months, I received an email thanking me for my money and that was the only communication this company has with their customers. After that its good luck to your package, After buying the Ring from another store i requested a refund on the order. The reply is that an investigation needs to be done, That was 2 weeks ago with no feedback. Do yourself a favor and buy local. This is shocking and i am still demanding a full refund as i haven't received the product and no longer need or want them.
