We ordered some ring worth less than R5000. It's been held up customs as various good was shipped in one parcel. Now the value of the complete parcel is worth more than R150 000.00 and customs don't want to release the parcel. Buffalo couriers wants us to apply for an importers code, that means we have to pay the import tax on the total value of the shipment and not just for what we have ordered. This is such a disappointment that we are going to lose our money as customs is going to destroy the parcel. Jeulia didn't comply with the import regulations and didn't submit the correct document.
I was previously a client of Outsurance and recently joint OUTsurance again. I am a man married to a man. Outsurance has all my details from previously being a client, and they still can't get my spouse details correct as a man and refer to him as my wife. Please get your fact straight of your customers before speaking to your customers and don't assume that all male customers are straight. We are no longer living in the 80's

A one day Job became a week's job as he took the dishwasher with him, and after final payment was made for the job, I realized that the back panel of our dishwasher was missing. When I phoned and made arrangements with him to bring it and fit it for us, he now he said, he will send it via couriers to us and I can fit it myself and if I want to take legal action against him, I can go ahead to do so.
