I paid the account in up in November 2023, was then double debit for Nov and Dec in Dec. In January I was again debited for Oct, Nov a third time for the same month in which I had no connectivity. I have been disconnected with no data since July 2023. I went into a MTN store was referred to call 135. After calling 135 was told to go instore and back and forth it continues. I have sent my proof of payment and copies of the bills reflecting duplicate and triplicate billing. I have had no feedback about a refund. I also have had no feedback or assistance in being connected since 2023. My night data is also not working yet I'm told I am out of data?

Line not active for 8 months. I have been in store to pay the account and continue receiving calls that the account is outstanding of several thousands, whilst the line is not active for months. When calling I am passed from pillar to post with no success. Nobody is aware what to do. There is no usage on the line. I don't receive statements for the alleged amounts outstanding....
SCAM Ordered and paid last year February 2022 - still nothing received. After following up with the post office several times they didn’t receive the parcel. A refund has been refused. Why have a .co.za web address if unable to deliver in SA?

Purchased a new hoverboard which turned out to be second hand damaged item. After experiencing technical faults 3 weeks after purchasing the store refused to fix/exchange the item. Be wary when purchasing from this store or their affiliates in the centre. Store FB 08 upper level.
I purchased a hoverboard at Galaxy Cellular in Bruma and a few weeks after purchase it stopped working. When I took it back for warranty I was told there is no warranty and the wire in the one wheel is damaged and I need to pay for repair. I was told that I must have damaged it with a rock or something. I explained that it is used indoors on tile floors only and not possible to get to the wire to cut it or damage it. I also mentioned that it was on the floor out of a box as a demo unit when I bought it. It was put back inside the box when it was purchased as they only had 2 on the floor. The phone was put down on me and nobody answered when I called back. I tried to get hold of the store owner before lodging a complaint on hellopeter and was advised he is overseas and I won't be able to talk to him. Just be aware when buying/repairing at this store.
I was told that this is a US green card program that is no solely related to the DV Lottery program. Only later to discover it is solely related to the DV Lottery program. Every year one is held hostage to pay more money before the lottery number is released. I was told this will be a 20 year program and included a flight which was refundable. Later this became questionable. There is no detail about what the fees include/exclude but there is always additional fees due. I complained on the better business bureau https://www.bbb.org/, and was told I would be refunded. I mentioned my card was cancelled and I had a new card. I received an invoice reflecting a refund but no refund reflected on my card. So no refund was in fact given The fees exclude medicals, embassy or consular fees etc and it is suggested to do extensive research before approaching greencardorganisation (GCO) for services.
I was told that the GCO program is not solely a DV Lottery program. Only later to be told it is solely a DV Lottery program. The total fee of $2000 kept increasing. Every year one is held hostage to get results, by having to pay more money first. I was told that the fee included the flight which was refundable. After complaining I was told it is irrelevant what was said on the recorded conversation. I complained via Better Business Bureau - www.bbb.org. I was told the last payment of $500 would be refunded - I requested it be refunded to a new card as I had closed my cards and they are not active. The money wasn't refunded but I received an invoice reflected a refund which hadn't taken place. Alot of research should be carried out before using GCO for immigration, visa/greencard programs.
