We are a business and our Business Fibre has been down since 31 October 2025. Link Africa still has not assigned a Technician to our fault TODAY AT 11 NOVEMBER. Surely if you pay for business Fibre you should get better service. I would give them minus 5 stars if I could as it doesnt seem that this company cares about productivity. We are situated in Woodmead Ext 1. Vodacom updates with escalation notes but nothing is happening

I have had a service with Link Africa for over 31 months and when it comes to them honouring a renewal contract, they have been unprofessional and lacklustre. Numerous emails and requests for assistance and a resolution have fallen on deaf ears. I am now fed up and no longer prepared to beg for service. Another big company that is only concerned about their bottom line and not prepared to service the small companies fairly. Good ridddens.

It's been 3 weeks now since I've app**** for a change of address and Link Africa has not called or installed my line at my new address. I work for an FNO and we do this within 48 hours. Such pathetic service!

I am writing to commend your employee, Wayne. (Sorry, i didn't get his surname). He helped me enormously yesterday. Wayne had been to our building (Wearcheck House, Pinetown) to install Fibre. I was not aware that Wayne was around however, after hearing that I was having car trouble, he did not hesitate for a second to come over and assist me. Mind you there were many other people in the parking lot but no one stepped forward to help, except for Wayne. In this day and age, it is very rare to find someone whose actually willing to help another. As they say, "a company’s employees are its greatest asset", and on this note, I am sure your offices must be proud to have a kind and caring employee like Wayne.

Anne Moriarty, Residential Partner at Link Africa really exceeded my expectation with regard to customer service. She performed well beyond her normal scope of responsibility in helping me resolve my technical issue with Link Africa, Well done! Most appreciated. Receiving good service from a Fibre Network Operator is something of a rarity. If all persons involved at Link Africa could aspire to Anne Moriarty's customer focused work ethics, than I truly recommend this company.
