Our first email to you was sent on the 15th of October 2024. This leaves us 11 days from a month of trying to get an answer from you.
It is very evident that you do not care for the clients after the ******** moving, that was supp****, broke our furniture. Clients that paid and took out insurance to cover said client if this happens.
We paid for some of our items to be crated, which never happened. Some of our things to be packed alone in boxes and bubble wrapped as they are very fragile - guess what!? Also did not happen. Only to arrive after driving for two day on end and seeing how many of our things are broken.
It deeply saddens us to proceed with this course of action as we have lost sentimental items and there is no effort from Martin, Gerhard, Shams, the moving team, or management of the Pretoria branch to get back to us.
