Our first email to you was sent on the 15th of October 2024. This leaves us 11 days from a month of trying to get an answer from you. It is very evident that you do not care for the clients after the ******** moving, that was supp****, broke our furniture. Clients that paid and took out insurance to cover said client if this happens. We paid for some of our items to be crated, which never happened. Some of our things to be packed alone in boxes and bubble wrapped as they are very fragile - guess what!? Also did not happen. Only to arrive after driving for two day on end and seeing how many of our things are broken. It deeply saddens us to proceed with this course of action as we have lost sentimental items and there is no effort from Martin, Gerhard, Shams, the moving team, or management of the Pretoria branch to get back to us.
DONT MAKE USE OF THEIR SERVICES!!!!!!! After my account number was given to my on error I made a deposit and hollywood bets said that the money was used by the person that have received it. There is no way they want to assist me. They don’t respond to email and they are extremely rude when calling the helpline! Very very dissatisfied!
THANK YOU!!! That is all I can say! Excellent service, friendly staff and just overall the best private airline we have used! After having trouble with safair, Cemair came to great assistance in booking flights! We will now only fly CEMAIR!!!!
When booking flights I always take out insurance, as I have been the unfortunate victim of my things getting lost by airlines. When booking with FLYSAFAIR I did the same. I was unfortunately unable to fly the day planned, but had some peace as the airline states that is you have insurance that you ticket will be refunded in full. However, oh nay nay.... this is not the case. Even though it states on the website that is their procedure I was rudely informed by the consultant that I am wrong. okay... it states on the website that I will be refunded if I cancel the insured flight. but when questioning about that, I am wrong? The promise made by the consultant that his manager will get in contact with me also never happened? FLYSAFAIR is the 5-min crafts of airline!
ABSOLUTE **** SHOW! after pushing the deadline for my delivery TWICE because, they are “awaiting” my order to be delivered to them, I phone them and they tell me it is being packed. This were 3 days ago! How on earth can you pack for 3 days on one package?! And calling them, all respons you get from the call centre is “sorry sir we can’t do anything” well no ****! I will never use them again!
After placing my order it was supposed to be delivered within two days. When i logged on to the takealot website it moved up a week. Upon calling takealot i waited half an hour on the phone there was no answer at their call centre. Really disappointed with takealot! Please send me my order today!
after taking in my Imac they said that they advise me to replace my hard drive. after agreeing on a terabyte they only replaced it with a 500gb. they also never updated my software (which i paid for) R2000 later, I was EXACTLY where i was. i took it back on the 1st of Feb. and there is no contact from their side!
