A nightmare

Moving in the cleaning employees stole my mops. My experience moving in was absolute HELL. There were no curtain railings I had to wait a week before anyone came to fix them. The taps don’t work it will take another 10 days before they fix that yet rent and deposit was paid on the third of February and I could only move in on the 10th . , they left paint in the flat and the place was not cleaned . The bathtub is disgusting and have been speaking on this but my words fell on deaf ears , the overall experience has been traumatising . This is day light ******* . I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO MOVE IN HERE
