Good day, I am writing this email out of extreme frustration regarding the ongoing electricity outages at Phumlani Gardens in Newtown. Since the beginning of the year, electricity has been going off almost every month for extended periods, sometimes lasting up to a week. This is completely unacceptable and reflects very poor management of the property. I work from home, and these constant outages are severely affecting my ability to perform my job. It is highly inconvenient and unfair that I am expected to continue paying rent in full while basic services such as electricity are unreliable. This situation cannot continue. I require immediate intervention and a permanent solution to this ongoing issue. I also expect clear communication on what is causing these outages and what measures are being put in place to prevent them from happening again. Failure to resolve this matter urgently will leave me with no choice but to leave and be compensated I expect a prompt response. Regards, D.Maimela

I vacated the prmised on November 2025 and evruthying was good. I had paid in advance for the rent and was due to get my refundd. The company doesn't want me to pay me back my adbacnced refunds, they keep on asking me to furnish the proof of payemnt (Of whcib they coud see on the system) . After everythnig was net the still no money, I called several times an dget promises that money will be be paid (this isn teh 3rd month now). Can I gte my money

Their agents and staff are deceptive they are trying so hard to fill the empty flats that they lie about the rental fees I was given 4500 price including water and utilities but no two months later they added extra levies to my rent they don't have have staff ready to assist with refunds they are always on leave .so I pay upfront always but when I had to leave that flat lethabong mansion they refused to give me my refund and yet their own staff said I will get my refund it's been 3 full months trying to get my refund not even today I have been refunded
