Ongoing Electricity Failures at Phumlani Gardens

Good day,

I am writing this email out of extreme frustration regarding the ongoing electricity outages at Phumlani Gardens in Newtown.

Since the beginning of the year, electricity has been going off almost every month for extended periods, sometimes lasting up to a week. This is completely unacceptable and reflects very poor management of the property.

I work from home, and these constant outages are severely affecting my ability to perform my job. It is highly inconvenient and unfair that I am expected to continue paying rent in full while basic services such as electricity are unreliable.

This situation cannot continue. I require immediate intervention and a permanent solution to this ongoing issue. I also expect clear communication on what is causing these outages and what measures are being put in place to prevent them from happening again.

Failure to resolve this matter urgently will leave me with no choice but to leave and be compensated

I expect a prompt response.
