NOISE AT JHC THAT IS ALLOWED BY THE CARETAKER AND MANAGEMENT
i have app**** for router and i have no connection yet ihave paid i have called numerous time but i am still not getting any assistance and nobody ever bothered to call me back for further assistance. I have been to the store and there is no help even after that. i want a refund and a cancellation of my router, before i escalate and lodge a complain with ICASA

Uber had taken 333.00 off my account for a trip that I am not aware of..it's not the first time and this only happens on my card,I do not know why 4 months back it was R89×2... They are very incompetent when it time to attend to us yet they good at debating our account. I know that when ever I use Uber there is always a issue with their card payments
I have done an application since 3 October and still waiting for feedback since then. The complaints department never take calls.Team leaders are worse then their agents Jeffrey from service has refused to take calls in call back. His 2ic Emmanuel has done the same. Even their senior Linda has done the same clearly it's part of their teaching to never do their Job. Nobody knows why I'm not called back and why my application is pending since for over 2 weeks. I have spent over R500 calling the call centre and they all good at transferring calls or dropping them coz they don't know what they doing, ****ty bank I'm so disappointed
