In 2022 i saw someone by Agnes report Njilingweni Cleaning services to jhi. Buy what she said truly happened since last year the Owner is *****ing from the poor cleaners thry are nolonger getting psid5for overtime. Haibo give other companies who will treat the cleaner better or someone is getting shere on cleaners overtime money🤔 help poor cleaners please. Letsolo shopping center in katlehong

2years back i wrote a complaint to jhi regard one of their contractors who want to ***** money from the poor cleaners, it was sorted. But he manage to ***** it after the management changed nomore over time for cleaners they do work weekends but they dont get paid overtime. What a selfish and greedy man. Katlehong shopping center.

Shopping Mall Property Leasing Agency bias to National Retailers over small business/ Independent Retailers. This is so infair and sick they way they make us beg for space to trade. How are we supposed to survive the market. Malls have taken over the markets, its unsafe to trade in streets in these times. Why are they so hard on us. I get excuses we I try to lease space like 'Mall oversurated with fashion products or your credit rating not looking so good. But I am a registered small business and a Private Company...why does my own credit profilr matter which is not really bad at all! So biased disgusting to the growth of small businesses and entrepreneurship in this country. Property Mall Leasing Management Companies are just the arm of big businesses to stifle an keep out small businesses from growing in South Africa. We make our own products we have selling for years direct to consumers, but trying to lease a Mall shop is like hitting a brick wall?? Is there any Mall with a good mix of of national and small independent retailers in South Africa...No we just open Malls fill it up with Shoprite, Woolworths, Pick N Pay, Edgars, H& M, Cotton On, Zara, Starbucks or and never mind Ocean Mall created for the super rich with Prada, Gucci and Chanel etc! Or that Pakistan Cellphone Gadgets store or a China store in almost every Mall in KZN! Where are the Malls built for growing our economy, engaging and allowing local trade, innovation and products to flourish nothing at all!

I bought a shop from someone at Morula corner shopping center in Mabopane, Pretoria. After occupying the store, i paid a total of R70 000 into Crowhill properties / Jhi excellerate account with the knowledge that im paying my rent for 6months in advance. I occupied the store in march and they locked my store in august demanding rentals from me from august saying that they havent recieved any rental money and the R70 000 i paid in only covered the previous owners arreas that i was not aware of. They locked my store without my knowledge and i was not given any notice. The property management company JHI Excellerate failed to assist me as well with the matter and they are demanding i pay R92 000 for them to open my store. I run a dry cleaning & laundry, key cutting & shoe repair business there. My clients belongings are in the store and they are furious because they need their belongings.

I could literally write a book about how unprofessional, abusive and racist the agent I was dealing with was towards me as a tenant and business owner. Extremely unprofessional, constantly sending rude WhatsApp messages on the last day of the month to remind us to pay rent (like we are renting on her backyard). When it was time to exit their building, they came with all these costly unrealistic fixes that need to be done and that they were charging a daily rate for the period we were busy with fixes. As for getting your deposit back, forget it. They tell you utilities are charged 2 months behind so when you exit you are still not charged the last 2 months of utilities and that’s where your full deposit goes

My friend get a new job from the cleaning company that was awarded a contract by jhi. She was earning a good salary until monday when she received a phone call from Njilingweni cleaning to say they will working 4 days a week but they where employed as full time 5 days a week with weekend rotation. The katlehong shopping center has never been clean like it is right now. Can you intervene with your client to give the cleaners back their normal hours. But if you the one who change it is fine ill explain to him. Am sorry i came here instead of your head office, i dont know whom to contact there.

My business is located at the Bedford Centre Towers which is managed by JHI Properties. I have been battling with two issues: 1) Breach of contract - my contractual agreement with them included a tenant installation. After enquiring about it after becoming operational at the building, I was told that in order to be added as a vendor (and to receive my tenant installation) I needed to submit various documents to which I did. The latest one being a letter of good standing. This did not form part of the conditions on the initial agreement however I am a good tenant and I played along. From April 2022 till now, I wait. Any communication with the building management is treated as hostile or promises are made and then not kept. At this point, they are in direct breach and I will be suing. 2) Complaints and constructive criticism are not taken seriously. The floor on which my business is on is grossly neglected. I actually rounded up the tenants of the 3rd floor and we all went to management to complain about the status of the floor. We were told that they had never been to the 3rd floor and therefore do not know how it looks. We then told they'd have a look and revert. We still wait. Examples of the neglect: the communal kitchen leaks, smells, is rotting and is unclean. The bathrooms have no ventilation and are not cleaned on a regular basis. Don't do it. They really only care about their bottomline and are overt in their mistreatment of tenants. You have only to look at their score on here to see that.

Not surprised to see the stats on these guys. Useless, chance takers and abuse of privilege. As a tenant, I am disgusted at their integrity as a service company. If you are considering becoming a tenant of their portfolio, I implore you to look elsewhere to prevent serious regret.
