last night at 21h00 I go to my local KFC that I've supported for years and this place has always been a slow ass **** place that has terrible customer service and a don't care attitude by staff and is more like a barrix kind of environment. the chicken is always soggy full of oil and it looks like the owner of this franchise KFC JG CHAMPION known locally as the Silversands KFC in Brookdale is never intrested in the hygiene of the restaurant and looks like the staff are very unhappy hence we get **** for service and can't even trust your food for our children. I buy 1 twister for my 4 year old and 1 X streetwise 1 with mash which I had to wait 35 minutes for while it being dead quite and while other people come in and get their orders before me but came in after . however this is just the start of the nightmare I had . we go home my child eats through half the twister with the paper wrapping still on half way . she asked me to open the paper and only to realise there were ****ing insects worm like things that have been grilled and ****ing fried with the ****ing insects on the wrap and still ****in wrapped with the food . u Mean to tell me through all the steps no one saw this ? how many times is your staff touching the food and preparing that they can ****ing fry the insects and worms with the food ? this is a total embarassment the ****ing insects is roasted to the twister and all the legs of the insects are all over grilled to perfection like your **** ass food you serve especially in this restaurant in specific KFC northern drive . I'm utterly disgusted and will be putting this all over social media so people can know . we work hard for our money and if my child gets sick due to your negligence and unhygienic practices I'll be taking this up because before I can even open the ****ing twister half way through it I don't even ****ing know what she had already digested ? who's going to pay me for this ? who is going to make sure my child is ok ? I'll be writing to all health departments and KFC franchises and will make sure all my photos go viral
2 months ago I get a call from the hobby group call centre to tell me about a voucher they are giving me because I have a policy with platinum life they are giving me 1000 off a drone. So one of the clause was after 2 installments of 333 rands I'll get my drone 2 months passed I then received the drone . When my drone is delivered it's a cheap China mall drone that they want to debit me over 12 months for which is only worth 500 in stores . I then realised what a ******* company this is and how I ended up signing up for a product that is super cheap they give you the lowest quality drone but want me to pay 12 months for it . Lol in the first 2 months the drone is already paid for yet a company like this is allowed to Ripp people off . Their customer service stinks and despite sending them many emails till now they debit my account and have.not rep**** to me . The drone they give you comes with many faults and I have even told them about the faults on the first day I received the drone .like how certain stuff they give u with the drone is not working at all and can see it's a factory problem but still **** all is done . I'm sick and tired of such business that take us for granted and are getting rich from our hard earned money while they sit behind a phone and sell us **** promises . That money that they are making from me is nothing for me but let me tell you I hope by writing this many people are saved from such a ****ty company and buying such things from this company I promise you U'll save your self from such a lieing cheating company like this . I had only trusted them because of them mentioning platinum life and by using my insurance name to get me to trust them is a cheat I'll Also be letting all social media know and as well as platinum life letting such companies like this use their name to sell they **** product to people and **** this I'm tired of such people . Hobby group is the worst place to get drones and they care a **** about customer service. These are what you call rogue people . ****ing piece of ****s there wasn't no 1000 voucher because you still only released a drone to me after me paying 2 months and for a piece of **** drone that you give me that does not even work . You ****ing ****s . Beware of such people and companies guys
Last night 25th of April I took my family and I which consisted of 17 people in total . I had called the restaurant to make a reservation last week when I had enquired about the menu etc . I have some vegetarians in the family so when I had asked if they cater for vegetarians they had said yes . Last night when I get there I make a payment of almost 4800 excluding my drinks which is like 300 a person .I pay at the entrance with no issues and when we enter we see that there is literally 5 things that a meat person could eat along with 2 vegetarian foods . Imagine for a dam buffet how embarassing . My self and my guest had already noticed the lack of food and already noticed what a **** place we had booked . The staff are less and are forever angry because of how this restaurant seems like they are abusing their staff but stretching them at all points of the place no wonder the staff are not happy and there is 1 person who has to make pizzas and serve the people food at the same time . My 4 year old child has to wait over 20 minutes for a pizza to get done because Billy g thinks it's good to make 2 small pizzas at a time with over 50 guests waiting and fighting for 2 small pizzas Because that's all they can cater at a time . This place is a total ******* and a waste of time.the food was terrible and I'll never recommend this place to anyone . I have been to many buffets and this is deffinatly the worst I've been to in my life . This place should be ******* for the way they advertise on Google and on their Suncoast websites about they menus but when you get there the menu is completely limited that you can count and is nothing like what is advertised . This is totally unfair to the people like us who work hard to take our families out to be **** and ********** by such a ****ty place yet no one does anything about it . From the management and Chefs I think the only good clean people there are the people who take your money at the front desk when paying . The rest are totally bull**** . We had been the only people there with a table of 17 adults being the largest group but it was impossible to eat properly because of how slow **** service you get . No wonder Google talks about health issues at this restaurant and hygiene being very poor . This is **** I'll never come back to this place
This is very frustrating and ****ing annoying because I had told you'll that someone is keep calling my colleague at work asking to speak to me . I had already made all contact with you guys but now im so ***ing ****ed off with you because as I'm with my work colleagues you guys are keep calling me . I have no idea how you have got my work colleagues number and this is messing my professional life . What kind of a ****ing unprofessional business's is this that you are keep on phoning my colleague when I have provided you with all my details . Why can't you call me directly when I am your client ? Do you not have all my details as your client ? I do not know what more to do as it seems like you are unaware of the POPI act and I will let the whole of social media know about this stupid ****ing behaviour. I did not even start business with yourll as yet your staff and business continues to embarass me and despite my colleague telling you the number to call and despite you having my direct number yourll still are ****ing up my life and name by letting my personal matters affect my professional life . I will be ****ing cancelling this bull**** unprofessional business with you if this is not rectified and I will ****ing cancel my debit order that is going to go out this month with you . This is totally unacceptable. I feel like cancelling this whole contact with you because it seems like you don't even understand English You have ****ed up my whole professional life for disclosing information to my colleagues about me despite him telling you that you have the wrong number . Who ****ing even provided you with my work colleagues number ? I will be getting my lawyer involved in this also because this is ****ing harrassment and terrible . Every ****ing day must tell yourll the same thing yet even the staff are arrogant and talk to my colleagues like they are lieing . What the **** ? I'm so done with this dum ass company I'll be cancelling my debit order and look for another ****ing consulting company . This company is the worst to deal with they have ****ed up my entire professional life being a medical professional
In August 2021 I Mrs Ramlotchan had suffered a heart attack and went in for a major operation for a triple heart bypass. I am writing this complaint today to tell people about the pathetic terrible service lack of communication . I being a woolworths customer for the last 15 years who has had many store accounts and had a relationship with this retail now has to suffer the stress that this company puts me through because it is taking you 1 year to contact me regarding the disability claim for my store accounts. It's funny because the time we have to pay for 10s of years for the insurance in such a case that time the money Co.es out very fast from my account and now 1 year later not one person who I have proof of the thousands calls I make to you but to no avail. Not a single person for a year seems to be fit enough to do their job that you keep asking me to send documents over and over again being the same things but till now I am paying for a year extra with such a condition and being so sickly just because you lack the professional people to deal with this claim . Being such a reputable company I find this behavior to be disgusting or just a scam . I have called emailed and spoke to Many people even seniors but till today nothing is happening . This is bull****
After making findings that my car had being submerged steering height water and making my way to the Panel beaters of your choice unannounced despite receiving communication from king price and ultimate cars that the clients vehicle was not affected by water . After 2 weeks of the floods and my car standing in water with supplied proof I have my insurance has done nothing about it . They insist and keep taking matters into their own hands . I make my findings that the panel beaters tried by not disclosing to us I then send all proof to Jeremy day who promised to go out and assess the vehicle but after 3 or more calls till today they are doing their own things to it without my permission. There had been no protocol carried out from king price even after the disaster. I am being lied to and if I had not made this findings I would be forced to accept a water logged vehicle that stood in water for more than a week and would have not known . Now even after Making findings and speaking to Jeremy day still he has taken his own decisions with the panel beaters and is continuing to do things that I have not gave permission to . I will not accept a water logged car . King price and my panel beaters wants to restore the body work before it can go for a complete check up by Hyundai and I totally disagree as that can lead to much sabotage neither does it make sense to be already lied to and now want to complete the work on it when it was already in your possession for 3 months now . On the day I discover the lies that had been told to me as a paying customer and years and then to still go to management and explain what corruption is going on it seems like it is of no interest to you as a company .
<div>In March 2022 I met an accident You being my insurance company Took over a month n a half to decide if you will process my claim . Finally after a long wait and investigating you decide you will eventually process my claim . My car then arrives after the long awaited month with your service and gets moved to the partner you chose as your panel beater provider which you have a relationship with ultimate cars In prospection. A week goes by after that and with no Communication from the insurance or ultimate cars I decide to take a visit to ultimate cars where nothing was even done to my vehicle as yet and was at another storage facility further up the road near Toyota called TFM customizing. 3 days after visiting ultimate cars I get a sms from ultimate cars saying the car is in stripping at this point 2 weeks had passed . My self the customer who has experienced nothing but time wasting and incompetence from you the insurance from deciding and treating your clients like ****. On the 3rd week of my car being at ultimate cars kzn is affected by the recent floods and throughout we have been trying to know what had happend or the progress of the vehicle but neither you being the insurance or my self could get ahold of ultimate cars .I then phone my insurance King price insurance enquiring about my vehicle because at this point and noticing how badly affect the area was on the television and news it is no way impossible that anyone wouldn't be worried about their vehicle . The next day One of king price consultant's then sends a email stating that the client (Myself) wants to know about the progress of the vehicle and if it had been affected by the floods and CC myself to an email sent to your panel beater ultimate cars . On the 24th of April 2022 king price responds and sends me an email stating in writing (Typed out ) that there will be a delay in the progress of my vehicle as the floods have only damaged the machinery at ultimate cars and not the vehicles at the panel shop P.S this is an email sent to us stating that the car was not affected or water logged from the king price email . I then get a call today from ultimate cars to say that the car had been water logged and that it wasn't that bad and the water had been to the foot pedal height only . ( What's the reason to emphasize on the footpedal I thourt ?) I then out of panic being a triple heart bypass patient ask my son to accompany me to the facility ultimate cars where we were confronted by the most deceitful person I've met owner of ultimate cars Mr tivolin . Deceitfull because upon inspection on my vehicle and seeing mine being the one out of many other vehicles there that were water logged and to see the team at ultimate cars lieing to the customers as well as you king price sending emails in writing to your clients promising the car hadn't been affected yet when I see my car it is so clear to see the car had been water logged in dept right until the steering heigh . How can you both the insurance and the people you work with and do business with miss such a big problem ? Why isn't the insurance taking the time to make sure the clients cars are properly checked against what the panel shop is just lieing to me about . I have documented voice recorded the conversation taken out pictures and have enough proof to show that the level of water that my car stood in for weeks is well over the seats and steering . Why is every one covering up the level of water the car had been submerged in I have clear.proof and evidence of that . Lucky for me I had reached the panel beating shop before my car could be taken for a auto valet like the many other vehicles have already been. How was I suppose to be assured as my car is in a terrible condition even my accident is nothing in comparison to what the he'll is going on now . I am through the roof now with this **** and terrible decisions you have made to cause the **** that is happening now it is due to you neglectful ways to me as a client and my vehicle as long as the people you send your business to . I refuse to now be caught in the middle of your slowness and pathetic customer service. Mayb if it did not take you a month to decide if you will pursue my claim we wouldn't now have a perfectly drivable vehicle now a vehicle that had been submerged in water for even a week or more since the panel beaters only got to the scene today . This is unfair and is against the rights of us customers . I had given you a car that had a side smash only not a car that is now a vehicle that had been sitting in water levels over the seats and steering . I have videos also that show how the people you deal with lie . I will make sure to bring this forward and get legal advice into this because you have failed me as your dam client I am now left to accept a car that you and the panel beaters want to cover up . I will do everything in my power to also show the truth and if I had not gone to see my vehicle the working class people like us are left to believe the dirty lies . How can emails that come from such a big cooperate be so contradicting against their words. What's more ***** is when I get to my car in ultimate cars only to find they have not even stripped a single part or done any repairs thus far not even a ***** opened ? Is this the kind of mockery Is this the kind of way we get treated . I am now left with people who are nothing but against what I have been saying all along . Why lie to us about the water and how badly it had been submerged ? Why because you are a bull**** ****ing business who does not care about your clients? How can you be in partnership with the people your cars go to and being the people we trust being our insurance shows the kind of ***** we get from you. I am now left with a vehicle which is completely a different vehicle after viewing it like I say I have videos and footage . When confronted the owner of ultimate cars he became furious and wanted to lock us into the premises till I deleted the footage. What's to hide here ? You and the panel beater have already lied to me I feel and if it takes me being a disabled client to go out to the site you should be at to inspect the wellness of my vehicle and not be told dum bull**** lies and have the client pitch up and make the findings then so be it . This is one of many complaints.from the beginning with my claim but one thing for sure is after seeing the level of water trails to see how far it had been submerged in and for that long I have no hope . It is not in my interest to be in the middle as you have been the service provider and the people you choose for business was solely your choice and decisions to have stored and then moved my vehicle to your choice of panel beaters . Even Tho storms is something unforseen who the **** are we to be lied to ? Why should people be in the dark about their vehicle,? What happends if there's problems that occurs down the line.my vehicle had been from brand new and I have record of every service history with Hyundai. Was I now suppose to accept my car from you knowing I've been lied to ? Must I drive with my family and a small 8 month old baby with a heavy mind thinking when the **** something electrically or mechanically is going to go wrong. Just because it starts does not mean anything is affected. The pipes in my engine have all already being corroded including the under carriage. Who is going to protect me when my car is going to dam rott and rust from the under? I am making this viral because the world needs to see the kind of behavior and how you are not for the people but for business . My head lights were completely filled with water from the inside. The engine manifold and stuff all show how high the water had been. Further more the sand like sea sand n umgeni sand is all filled up in my engine already it is right through only looking at video footage can compare to what I am trying to explain and that i do Have . My ignition is corroded shows how high the water was. Why are you as a business including the people you hire hiding and camouflaging what happend . On the 20th April 2022 today at this moment 20h14 I enter one of your car hires at king Shaka international Authorised by my insurance to fetch one of the cars allocated to me . Earlier I had recieved a call from one of your agents from euopcar who I had told clearly that I will be sending my son to fetch the car from your premises and to take note of that as I am a bypass patient recovering. We agreed agreeded on that and my son goes to your store where he is treated so pathetically by the staff of the store epically a confused female by the name of bekhitemba who had even processed the order wrong and had to ask for assistance from another colleague. What unprofessional service is this ? Further more why I's incompetent staff at the front of your office? He was turned away from getting the car despite the arrangement made by your company with me. The female who assisted my son had more a attitude issue as I was on the call on the other end as she just shoved him aside and spoke in riddles. What mockery is this ? Also please know no person is mad to just make a arrangement or send a incorrect person to fetch a car when it is clear the lack of communication between who ever had called me and the actual store . I now being a bypass patient have to come to your store just because of your pathetic behavior from staff and the ****ty communication you should have passed on . Who is now gng to compensate me for the double trips I have to now make to you and incovience . Propper businesses don't run on such ****ty service . When asked your staff what time they close so my son could fetch me n come back there to do what's necessary they say after the last flight but cannot give me a time what attitude is this?
This is the most bull**** company Their customer service sucks Take this insurance if u want to wait over 3 months for a vehicle Their waiting time is **** . The most horrific experience I never in my life suggest this business to anyone see Facebook and you will see the unhappy customers also . Seems like this is a scam
Pathetic service.... never answer calls even tho insurance job. Place full of mockery . Drive all the way to prospection only to be lied to that my car is still in stripping for 3 weeks now. When I go there they store your cars in other facilities. Now with the recent floods it's sad that you never answer your calls yet we are worried about our vehicle . I will not accept any waterlogged vehicle back from your business . Will also be getting inspectors to investigate for flooding of my vehicle . Most pathetic service and no promise to time keeping. What a waste
