Impossible to return item

I received the Ladies Bushcat that I ordered. Although it is the most beautiful shoes I’ve ever seen and I would simply love to have them, it is also the most uncomfortable. It feels as hard and inflexible as very cheap high heel shoes – won’t even consider walking in them for 5 minutes because you would end up with blisters.

To return the item, you need to click on some link and fill out your info. However, this doesn't work. You then send an e-mail to request assistance but no one answers your e-mail. This is really problematic!
