I purchased 2 lunch time meals from Jimmy's. I picked up both meals as soon as they were ready, took it home with the expectancy to enjoy a nice meal, upon attempting to eat the meal I found the chicken was tough, had a bad smell to it and wasn't fresh, the fish was similar in It being rubbery and unflavourful.
I was extremely dissatisfied and feel it was money down the drain, not being able to consume food of clearly unacceptable standards I had to spend more money ordering from a different restaurant.
When I contacted the Manager available on the day.I asked if we should bring it in or must I get rid of it, I asked this on the Friday(day of purchase) as well as Saturday the next day because I didnt want my complaint being disregarded and after reassurance twice not to bring it in by the manager I notified her I would then give those meals away. This was done by me on Saturday.
The manager assured me the owner will resolve the issue and provide me with feedback, later on the Saturday.
A WhatsApp gets sent by the owner asking what was the compliant after I explained in detail to the manager. Nevertheless I was courteous and patient to explain everything all over again just to have the owner completely disregard our complaint, not take responsibility for their bad meals served, just making excuses and trying to insinuate that I the customer is wrong/lying.
I would not step foot in that place and support that business ever again!!!.
