I purchased 2 lunch time meals from Jimmy's. I picked up both meals as soon as they were ready, took it home with the expectancy to enjoy a nice meal, upon attempting to eat the meal I found the chicken was tough, had a bad smell to it and wasn't fresh, the fish was similar in It being rubbery and unflavourful. I was extremely dissatisfied and feel it was money down the drain, not being able to consume food of clearly unacceptable standards I had to spend more money ordering from a different restaurant. When I contacted the Manager available on the day.I asked if we should bring it in or must I get rid of it, I asked this on the Friday(day of purchase) as well as Saturday the next day because I didnt want my complaint being disregarded and after reassurance twice not to bring it in by the manager I notified her I would then give those meals away. This was done by me on Saturday. The manager assured me the owner will resolve the issue and provide me with feedback, later on the Saturday. A WhatsApp gets sent by the owner asking what was the compliant after I explained in detail to the manager. Nevertheless I was courteous and patient to explain everything all over again just to have the owner completely disregard our complaint, not take responsibility for their bad meals served, just making excuses and trying to insinuate that I the customer is wrong/lying. I would not step foot in that place and support that business ever again!!!.
Michael Pashut the owner of change cars is a man of his word and really does go the extra mile to help his clients. If there was such a thing as 10 stars rating he would get it. Even when you don't purchase cars through his site he gives the best advise so sales people can't take you for a ride so to speak. We wish that all business owners would be as honest as he is. I have been waiting for a refund for the past 3 months from pick n pay online clothing. Have spoken to the managers during the first month and they apparently do not have the ability to resolve the situation. They have on numerous occasions promised that the refund will be received soon. However it is 3 months later. Have spent over 3 hours on phone calls attempting to escalate the matter, with no one getting back to me for the past month. I have contacted pick n pay head office, pick n pay call centre, pick n pay online clothing department, pick n pay queries, however after the first month or so I have not gotten a call back with regards to my issue, all ports of call have promised someone who is able to handle the matter will get back to me, I'm still however awaiting that, 3 months later. Managers have been left messages by call centre agents to call back and they are avoiding my calls. Should I just take for granted that pick n pay is giving me the run around with no intention of ever refunding me???
I've placed an order on the 16th June on the pick n pay online clothing site. I didn't get sent an order number, I didn't get sent an invoice number. Extreme inefficiency! Eventually got through to the online clothing department to locate this order and cancel due to the inefficiency of pick n pay online clothing department. I am still awaiting a refund almost 1 month later. Manager of the online clothing department on numerous occasions has not returned my calls after agents have promised a follow up from him. Extremely inefficient, been given the run around. No accountability! Would not ever recommend the use of pick n pay online clothing site. Dont expect a quick resolution!!!
I have been a loyal customer of Vodacom for years and have several contracts with Vodacom. Ronelle Govender from cancellations department is a lady I contacted on Friday the 29th November who had made several promises to me which she did not follow through on.As a result of these promises I did not pursue other great offers from Vodacom's competition. She had promised to get back to me on the Monday and I even phoned to try and get back to her myself and left a msg for her to get back to me and still didnt get a call from the agent who promised me my new deal would be completely taken care off. My call has been recorded which will verify these promises made by her and those to follow who I contacted afterwards. Which shows Vodacom avoiding be answerable as after this event I have contacted a manager umsha and team leader rakesh who all further avoided contacting me as a result of Vodacom not following through on their word which obviously stems from high up in the hierarchy too. Proof will be seen by the recorded conversations. I am extremely dissatisfied and frustrated at the way Vodacom treats their loyal customers and will not stop until the matter is resolved.
