If I could give CHANGECARS a million stars đ I would! I have never experienced the response, service or results that I received from CHANGECARS today. I had a 2 month ongoing insurance issue with Miway and got Michael from CHANGECARS got involved this morning. He said he would assist and that I would get results early this week. But before the end of business today, in one day, CHANGECARS was able to make the right contact with Miway and my claim has been settled. This is a company that does what it says! Best experience ever. Thank you Mike and the CHANGECARS team. Also a thank you to Miway for resolving my claim today.

To be honest, 5 stars is not enough to rate Michael from ChangeCars! I've had the chance to chat to Michael a few times, and he has always been generous with his time and willing to share his knowledge when it comes to buying used cars. I reached out to Michael earlier today to share frustration I experienced buying a used car from Weelee. I explained that I had to resort to taking legal action to get a refund on the car, yet still no reply was forth coming from Weelee... A short 2 hours later and my phone started hopping as it seemed like everyone in Weelee was trying to reach me to wrong this right, and I was given assurances that I would be refunded in the morning. In a world where the consumer so often gets bul**** by big dealerships, it is so refreshing to know that there is someone in the industry that you can turn to, and who is willing to lend a helping hand, no matter how big or small the problem. Thank you, Michael!

Michael is more than just Changecars đhes an advocate for integrity and change đ Big brand CEOs and those who think theyre top dogs need a lesson from this amazing human being, he needs to share a couple of pages from his books of values. Ive seen a few of the tiktok videos and its evident that Mike is very knowledgeable about cars and the industry in general. I reached out to him with an issue I have with my vehicle and he immediately emailed the relevant people at VW. I unfortunately did not get the outcome I hoped for but Michael's swift response is what I commend. I have had a huge lesson in customer service, big brands are flashy names and nothing more. VW extended warranties are daylight *******. They do not honor their warranties, and look for every and any reason not to pay. I was told by Amanda from VW not to cancel the remainder of my useless warranty in the event that something else should happen. Imagine, they havent paid for the current issue and if this is anything to go by, theyll certainly not pay for any other issue. My hard earned money which ive wasted on a brand that 20 years ago would have never done this to its loyal customers. South Africa is going sideways, and its all about money and where a quick buck can be made or saved. Michael did not ask me for a cent, and this is how i know his genuineness is unmatched. Hes getting nothing out of helping anyone. Hes one of those rare people who does what he does because its the right thing to do. There's not enough stars â¨ď¸ for people with his character.
