Can I kindly give flowers to Mr Mike Pashut of Change Cars, who is never too big or too busy to respond to car-related issues involving some of the biggest dealers in the motoring industry. At 20h50 in the evening, I sent him a WhatsApp message regarding a vehicle issue I was experiencing with a major motor group. In less than 3 minutes, he rep****, listened to my concerns, and immediately contacted the Group CEO, who then promised to resolve the matter. I want to assure the public that this gentleman truly puts his money where his mouth is. In a world where customer service is often lacking, it is refreshing to deal with someone who genuinely cares and takes action. Thank you, Mr Pashut, for your professionalism, humility, and willingness to help ordinary people.

I purchased a brand new Suzuki Swift from Tavcor Suzuki in Gqeberha and unfortunately experienced issues with the vehicle from the day of delivery, along with a very frustrating experience with repeated visits to the Service Centre and additional damage noticed on the vehicle while it was in their care. I contacted Michael Pashut from CHANGECARS for guidance and assistance. Michael responded incredibly quickly, escalated the matter efficiently and got Suzuki Auto SA involved. Suzuki Auto SA responded promptly, handled the matter amicably and ensured that the situation was addressed appropriately. The manager at Tavcor Suzuki dealership arranged a meeting with me and offered a replacement vehicle as a resolution. Although I was very disappointed in the service I received from Tavcor Suzuki Service Centre, this does not reflect on or influence my confidence in Suzuki Auto South Africa or the Suzuki brand. I am truly grateful for the time, effort and support shown by Michael throughout this process. His guidance genuinely helped me resolve a very stressful situation. I am also very impressed with the response and involvement from Suzuki Auto SA. I would highly recommend making use of CHANGECARS’ services. Charné

CHANGECARS is a breath of fresh air to the online automotive sales industry. Mike is very approachable and willing to help with any queries. I had an issue where a dealer was not responding to a vehicle query, it was raised to the CHANGECARS team via email. Mike phoned me personally to get more details. He then raised it with the dealer to make sure all was above board. Fast forward a few months, I have just purchased a vehicle through the CHANGECARS website, and the service from the dealer was phenomenal. When Mike says they only have 5 Star dealers on their platform, he is spot on. And the great thing was, dealer honoured Mike's idea that customers should only pay the price they see advertised! CHANGECARS ... is going up and up ... and they are changing the way we as customers, experience the automotive industry.

I am writing regarding my new-generation Ford Ranger, which I purchased from a Ford dealer in 2024. The vehicle has relatively low mileage; however, since the time of purchase, I have been experiencing recurring malfunction warnings across multiple systems, and the issue remains unresolved as of 2026. The vehicle has already been taken in for repairs on two separate occasions. On the first visit, I was informed that the issue was related to the battery, and on the second, I was advised that the injectors were at fault. Despite these interventions, the warnings continue to persist. This ongoing situation is increasingly concerning, particularly given the repeated but unsuccessful attempts to resolve the problem. In an effort to resolve this matter, Michael Pashut from Changecars has kindly assisted by engaging with Ford on my behalf and helping to facilitate contact from their side. I appreciate his involvement; however, despite this, the issue with the vehicle remains unresolved.

I would like to commend Michael Pashut of ChangeCars for his outstanding assistance with a long-standing issue with my vehicle. I purchased a BAIC X55 and within three months, the vehicle started giving problems. I initially engaged with Group 1 Midrand dealership, but after ongoing back-and-forth with no meaningful progress, I escalated the matter to MIOSA in the fourth month. To date, MIOSA has not resolved the issue. Group 1 further insisted on fixing the car against my request for a replacement or refund. Frustrated and left without options, I came across Michael Pashut through ChangeCars and decided to seek his assistance — and that is when I finally saw progress. Michael handled my case with urgency with the Group 1 CEO and within a week, my concerns were raised with BAIC South Africa is now willing to offer me a deal to assist in resolving the matter, together with Group 1 Midrand. I highly recommend Michael Pashut to anyone experiencing difficulties with vehicle purchases or dealerships. His commitment to assisting consumers is evident, and he delivers where others fall short.
