CHANGECARS is a breath of fresh air to the online automotive sales industry. Mike is very approachable and willing to help with any queries. I had an issue where a dealer was not responding to a vehicle query, it was raised to the CHANGECARS team via email. Mike phoned me personally to get more details. He then raised it with the dealer to make sure all was above board. Fast forward a few months, I have just purchased a vehicle through the CHANGECARS website, and the service from the dealer was phenomenal. When Mike says they only have 5 Star dealers on their platform, he is spot on. And the great thing was, dealer honoured Mike's idea that customers should only pay the price they see advertised! CHANGECARS ... is going up and up ... and they are changing the way we as customers, experience the automotive industry.

The entire team were fantastic
The entire team were fantastic. They answered every question I had with regards to the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. The way the structured the deal, made it very favourable. They went above and beyond to have the vehicle delivered to my doorstep. They had an issue with one of the tyres, paid in full for a new tyre to be fitted. Mohsin, Wesley, Nithesh: A HUGE THANK YOU. I will gladly do business with you again in the future.

Phenomenal service from all involved
Phenomenal service from all involved. Abdul (Brackenfell) went above and beyond. Super patient when we were having some issues with the loan process. I’d buy through Abdul anytime. The car is in great condition, the gold rating definitely holds true to the condition of the vehicle.

Ka-Chow ... a breath of fresh air ... fantastic service!
I was super skeptical when I was contacted by Layla from Ka-Chow to find a buyer for my 2021 Isuzu X-Rider. Not only did she find a buyer, but she also listened and heard my concerns, and walked EVERY step of the way with me. I cannot recommend Layla enough. FANTASTIC SERVICE: Marco from Mit Mak Motors.
This review is twofold, firstly Mit Mak offered me by far the BEST price for my 2021 Isuzu X-Rider 250. When the offer first came through, I didn't believe it. When Marco came around, he was friendly, professional, and very thorough. In the beginning, I did have some serious reservations, about letting my R500k vehcile go. Marco was accommodating every step of the way and my worries were put at rest. My fears, based on bad reviews on Hello Peter, were unfounded and not warranted. I'd recommend using them anytime. Marco even went the extra mile to make sure my personal plate was not lost in the system when the vehicle gets dealer stocked. Marco keep up the fantastic work, when it comes time to sell another vehicle, you will be my first call.
