Very disappointing experience. I was interested in purchasing a Ford Ranger bakkie and contacted the dealership. I was initially told by Moseen that there were nine other clients interested in the vehicle. I asked him to please send me the OTP (Offer to Purchase) as I already had finance in place and was ready to proceed. However, when my wife later called to request the invoice, Moseen informed her that it is his car and he is not selling it to us because it is his decision. This was extremely unprofessional and confusing after we had already expressed serious interest in purchasing the vehicle. If the vehicle was not available or already sold, that should have been communicated clearly from the start. Customer service and transparency are very important when dealing with vehicle purchases, and unfortunately this experience fell far below expectations.

Have been doing bussiness with Mohammed at MMU group for the last 8 years. Between the family he has sold us 12 cars. Always there to assist and definetly the best in the country,trustworthy and like family. Friends has expierenced the same service with his team.....

They have beautiful cars, their service is bad. We haven't received spare keys, it's now a month already. And there's no communication I have to always follow up, make calls, drive to there with no solution. One time we were told that we can collect the keys, on arrival we were told that no one knows where they are. Fats who was our sales rep, deserted us the minute we collected the vehicle. Absolutely no after sale service. Secondly the car registration is not done, the permit has expired everytime we are told that the person working with the registrations is not at the office. This dealership is a complete headache when it come to servicing clients

am extremely disappointed with my experience at Autohaus Beyers. I purchased a vehicle from them and after only 6,000 km the turbo completely failed. A major component like that should not fail so soon after purchase. When I contacted them to discuss the issue and look for a solution, I was simply told that it is “not their problem.” I expected far better after-sales service and accountability. Selling a vehicle that develops such a serious fault in such a short time — and then refusing to assist — is unacceptable. I feel completely let down and would caution others to be very careful and to get independent inspections and proper warranty clarity before buying from them
