Hi There, I made my first online purchase via your website on black Friday. Last week Wednesday your delivery company dropped off my package at my mums house as all my online orders go there due to me not being available in the day. The package was sealed and when i came home i opened to find only one of the 2 products ordered in there. I called your help desk on Wednesday and they told me the 2nd package was on its way as it is coming from another warehouse. I called again on Thursday and they said it will be delivered by Friday latest. No show on Friday. I called in yesterday and i spoke to 3 different people who put my on hold for about 30 min until i cut the call and tried calling in again to find out what is going on. I got helped by a very helpful lady who actually called me back. Now here is the problem. I get told that the delivery people should have sent me 2 packages for the day and my mum signed for it. There was only one package inside the plastic. Did your courier company now steal my product? Nobody wants to assist me here. What can i do to get what i paid for? I do online shopping on the daily and i have never once experienced such unorganized service before. Can someone senior please call me to resolve this as i have now spoken to 8 people on your help desk and i am not getting anywhere.
Hi telkom. Im having some issues with my fiber conection at home. Its been giving me issues with my wifi disconnecting for a while now and i have to restart the modem. As time went on its now gotten so bad where i have to restart over 5 times a day until i eventually give up. I sat on the phone with telkom support last week for 2 hours and still the issue persists. I was told to take the modem in to the telkom shop in centurion and they confirmes the modem is faulty. Now my problem is you guys have been really good to me over the years until now. The telkom shop trys to sell me a new modem telling me even though its under warranty they will replace with the same modem again and these modems are all faulty (zyxel). They said i should have taken the dlink when the guy came to install but i was never given a choice. The senior tech called me and said the same i must rather buy my own modem. I cannot be left without internet for 21 days as your store told me for device repair. My connection is less than a year old. How can i swop out this modem for a dlink? Can i swop it out for the same modem so im not left stranded? Should i cancel my fiber line and go with someone else so i can get away from this modem? How can you help me telkom?
