I'm using Telkom on my phone to . yesterday I bought data for R9 for 1 hour I received an SMS to confirm it but it didn't work. Today again in the morning I bought one of for 1day .it send sms to confirm is not working they just take money. My number is 0614535708 for Telkom.
Last year I did a trade in with them. After they took the car that was registered with my name . Their driver was driving faster he got 2 traffic fines I sent it to them to pay those tickets they agreed. On my surprise I received an SMS saying they will block my disc. Because I didn't pay the tickets when I sent them now the message the guy Mohammed didn't respond. They don't take me seriously cause this is not the first time complaining about their services they have did to me. They must pay those tickets they even mentioned the name of their driver who was driving the car they promised to pay why not paying. Now I'll go to court because of them.
I wrote you about the complaint that they didn't want to refund ABSA. But soon after that they responded. And paid up the refund for ABSA they sent also the proof of payment. They said was a misunderstanding.thank you Hello Peter.
I didn't take their car from them because there was something that I didn't like from their car. I told them I need to think . I even ask them not to submit the contract to the bank within an hour. Instead of taking my concern they submitted to the bank. The car is with them cause I told them I don't want it. I wrote an email to them and the bank for cancellations of the contract. The bank want their money. They don't want to pay back the bank.. because they know that they are destroying my name.. I think it's because of my gender.a single women . Maybe I would go to buy another car in future they don't know. But because of their treatment I don't think I'll go to them in future. Why are they not doing the simple thing and refund the Bank. It's a big garage that they have but their actions oppose all that.
They are very expensive. When they see that you desperate especially when they see that you buying a car by that moment. They will ask you how km you driving per month. What's tht question
I like their service is excellent. The guy Mohammed I give him 10/10 Talk nicely with his clients. If you need help. he jump fast .when I did the trade in with them their treatment was superb. I advise people to go buy their car.the standard of their car👌🏿

The Rosella at Brooklyn Mall is one of my favourite clothing boutique stores. I shop there quite often. On 23 June 2023, I had a pleasant shopping experience and I was assisted well by the store manager. I went again on 27 June to purchase pants and the experience was the total opposite. The pants I wanted to purchase were marked down but the sales lady by the name of Tumi claimed the item wasn't on sale even though the tag was marked down. When I enquired about the tag and what she was saying she proceeded to raise her voice at me and started shouting. Even after the manager was called she proceeded to be rude and crass and spoke I'll about her manager while at the same time shouting at me. A buying customer.
I went there to reverse my money of which was debited on my account. Because it was more than R200 I decided to go inside the bank .the Lady called Ms Seloane she kept us on que was difficult for her to help us.heni asked her why she kept us waiting not helping us she said is helping lotof people.. then after she said I must wait for someone to helped since I was complaining.there was no long queue is just she don't like helping people who doesn't know computer. And it was for the second time she is doing that. She will leave on a laptop you will see what to do. She's not patience. At Quagga mall and other bank the can help you. Other FNb Branch
